Treasury Operations Lead

The Treasury Operations Lead will lead technology-driven innovation for the Corporate Financial team. This position will leverage and implement financial technology to integrate Heritage companies. This position will be the subject matter expert for technology-related projects, questions, and initiatives. The Treasury Operations Lead will work with the Treasury Manager to develop and execute technology

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance team to implement and leverage best financial technology solutions
• Will manage change regarding the utilization of financial technology
• Stay abreast of changes and updates to financial technology.
• Work with other corporate finance functions (accounting, audit, tax) to ensure accurate and timely accounting for matters related to cash, investments, debt and inter-company activity.
• Lead implementations of technology.
• Work with existing Cash Management Team to
• Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Financial Technology.
• Experience implementing TMS
• Understanding of Treasury, Accounting, and/or financial analysis experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Treasury, Banking or Accounting or other relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organizational, time management skills and multi-tasking ability
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
• CTP certification is strongly preferred
