Talent Coordinator
Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Talent Coordinator to our team to support and contribute to a positive hiring process and candidate/hiring manager experience with Heritage Construction + Materials.
The Talent Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers and candidates to provide talent acquisition support for the recruiting and pre-boarding processes. You are responsible for ensuring all transactional recruiting and new hire processes are completed accurately, effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner. You'll also play a critical role in ensuring quality hires are made quickly and compliantly, while ensuring all stakeholders have an outstanding experience.
- Coordinate the new position requisition approval process for all HC+M positions
- Market open positions on HC+M's careers site and other social media platforms to attract top talent
- Create best-in-class candidate experiences by ensuring candidates are scheduled and prepared for phone interviews, virtual or in-person interviews and meetings, including travel.
- Ensure candidates are provided an introduction and overview of our HC+M organization and the role/position being interviewed
- Leverage and organize data and reports to help in making business decisions and assess trends.
- Identify talent for THG, including candidate review, actively seeking passive talent, and screening to support pipeline candidates and networking
- Partner in building best practices and processes and participate in various HR & Talent Acquisition projects and support
- Support employee engagement initiatives and programs of HC+M.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and TA team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years working with a Talent Acquisition, HR team, or professional staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, both independently and part of a team, and ability to achieve results without close supervision
- Demonstrated practical, hands-on, "can-do" approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees
- Demonstrated commitment to and proficiency in a customer service culture
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Observes confidentiality guidelines at all times, with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and respect for sensitive situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to use data to generate reports and presentations
