Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing talent team. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with others to achieve outcomes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with local hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to implement our selection process while contributing to talent acquisition strategies overall.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize a large volume (20-30) requisitions, inclusive of intake conversations with hiring managers, pre-screening, and facilitating the full hiring process.
• Create a positive experience for all applicants and hiring managers, surveying stakeholders on the process to inform continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a sourcing plan to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool, including digital marketing, in-person events, job board management, LinkedIn and other tools.
•Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to create successful candidate profiles that align with company culture, experience requirements, and current applicant market.
• Achieve talent acquisition goals for speed and quality as determined by the talent acquisition team and revisited ongoing.
• Keep open communication with team members and prospective candidates while delivering responses within 48 hours.
• Complete special projects on talent pipeline development and talent initiatives including, but not limited to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
• Retain an understanding of our businesses, growth plans, and challenges.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment or related professional experience.
• A passion for people with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide-ranging group of stakeholders.
• An avid learner and critical thinker with a natural tendency to ask the right questions to gather information

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions with extreme attention to detail
• Understanding of labor relations as it relates to recruiting and union-represented roles
• Ability to successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
