Position: Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner will execute full lifecycle recruiting, be a key driver in building external talent pipelines into The Heritage Group businesses and assist in the facilitation of talent movement between businesses.   The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills in addition to previous experience in talent acquisition processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full life-cycle recruitment process, independently exercising professional expertise and judgment in planning targeted recruitment efforts
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline of top talent available for upcoming roles and partner with THG businesses to develop and execute on building a pipeline for key areas of need
  • Support improvement of processes and communication channels to better inform employees of current openings, generate referrals and help to facilitate internal talent movement
  • Partner on efforts to develop best-in-class recruiting processes and practices to support effective recruiting methods that support the business strategy and culture to enable growth. Scope: Need identification through pre-boarding.
  • Assist in the identification and management of key recruiting tools and resources
  • Oversee and manage any external recruiting efforts and partnerships

  • Ability to quickly build relationships of high trust and credibility with clients and colleagues and engage them to collaborate
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization required - Excellent presence and professionalism
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Impeccable integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a preference for a graduate degree, in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in the energy, chemical, construction or manufacturing environment considered a plus
