Senior Treasury Analyst

Summary Description

As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will support a broad range of responsibilities within THG's Corporate Treasury group which is responsible for performing various cash, disbursement, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the corporate credit card administrator working with our provider to deliver best in class support for our cardholders
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to automate routine work where possible and address longer-term or recurring issues
• Proactively seek ways to improve current processes and reduce repeat issues by identifying common causes
• Execute Corporate Treasury initiatives in collaboration with leadership, operating companies, and Corporate Finance
• Monitor account analysis statements to identify errors and opportunities to optimize bank fees
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution of various Corporate Treasury initiatives
• Develop and lead efforts associated with short-term cash flow forecasting
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to develop a quarterly cash forecasting model by analyzing cash flow trends and projecting future liquidity needs
• Serve as the primary administrator for the company's TMS
• Other Corporate Treasury related duties as assigned

**This position is based on-site in Indianapolis, IN**

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking
• Prior program administration experience preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification or higher preferred
• CTP or willing to pursue the CTP designation within 2 years in the role
• Process-oriented mindset to think critically in a fast-paced environment with a mindset to improve standards
• Ability to independently organize, analyze, and interpret information to explain anomalies and trends
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and willing to take on additional responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Must be able to work with various specialized banking systems, TMS, and Microsoft suite
