A significant responsibility is the leadership of THG's Orr Fellowship Rotational Program experience. The Specialist will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience from recruiting and hiring to program development, including the design and development of orientation, programming, and cultural immersion to supplement the day-to-day work experience. • Attend college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting our employer brand and employment experience in partnership with other EIC Talent team members.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, both internally and externally, throughout the hiring process to promote Heritage as a great place to work.
  • Lead and grow THG's Young Professional Affinity Group, which includes maintaining a leadership team, managing the group's annual budget, and helping curate quarterly events throughout the year to help build community within our YP Affinity Group.
  • Partner with Strategic Giving to plan and execute events that engage community partners.
  • Maintain and execute our Brother Scholarship Program including marketing and advertising strategies, process execution, and additional opportunities for our Scholarship recipients to engage with our Internship Program and other Young Professional talent initiatives.
