Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR Service Delivery, the Project Coordinator will assist in the planning and implementation of HRSS short and long-term process change, current state evaluations, and risk mitigation projects. This role works often alongside one of HRSS's Sr. Project Managers.


*This role operates on a hybrid schedule, based out of our NW Indianapolis, IN office*


Essential Job Functions

  • Assists in facilitating definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Defines tasks and drafts required resources
  • Ensure organization of budgets, schedules, and details of projects
  • Leads organizing meeting cadences and scheduling appropriately
  • Assist in organizing kick off meetings and participates on project team
  • Tracks deliverables, and reports on project progress
  • Proactively identifies project hurdles and works to address
  • Communicates to stakeholders, reporting on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Assist in implementing changes when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluates and assesses result of project
  • Participates in building maintenance plan and support; manages handoff
  • Aids in the communication and stakeholder management
  • Maintains confidentiality and the highest degree of integrity
  • Exhibits behaviors in alignment with HRSS and THG's organizational and cultural values
  • Develops meeting documents (agenda, minutes, follow up items)
  • Completes follow up tasks



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, or related field with 1-2 years work experience
  • Experience with strategic Project Management and utilizing PM tools, preferred
  • HR system implementation experience, a plus
  • Process improvement experience, preferred

Relevant Skills

  • Stakeholder and change management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good judgement and ability to foresee and proactively manage pain points
  • Good decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of integrity
