We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in leading the strategy for product launch, education and marketing across Heritage Construction + Materials and its business lines. As a builder-driven company, we believe in providing the highest quality products and educating our customers on their benefits, while fostering a sense of community and shared prosperity.


Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies: Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for our performance products, ensuring that they are aligned with our overall business objectives. Collaborate with teams across our business lines, including sales teams and MarComm, to develop compelling marketing plans that drive product awareness, demand and adoption.


Lead product launch initiatives: Develop and execute product launch plans that generate excitement and drive successful adoption of our products. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure all launch activities are executed effectively and on schedule. Develop and deliver compelling launch materials such as messaging, sales tools and training resources to enable our sales and customer service teams to effectively promote and sell the product.


Create impactful product educational materials: Develop educational materials, including product guides, videos, and customer testimonials, that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of our performance products. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of educational content. Leverage various channels, such as our website, social media, advertising, and tradeshows, to disseminate educational resources to our target audience.


Drive product marketing campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote our products and services to target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies and webinars, that highlight the value and impact of our products. Utilize digital marketing tactics, such as email marketing, social media advertising and SEO, to effectively reach and engage with our customer base.


Analyze and optimize product marketing efforts: Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns and activities. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics.


Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep a pulse on market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape related to HC+M products and services. Continuously research and analyze industry insights to inform product marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve. Translate industry knowledge into actionable recommendations and innovative marketing initiatives.


Relevant Skills:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably for specialty products or within the construction industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital marketing tactics and channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Passion for the construction industry and a desire to make a positive impact through innovative products and education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Product Development or a similar field
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 Suite
  • Experienced in project management and marketing analytics
