Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will report to the VP and Manager of ProTack. They will be in charge of the responsibilities below as well as any additional duties assigned by the VP and Manager. We are looking for someone to help grow our business and join our amazing team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing 8-10 employees
• Scheduling drivers daily work
• Communicating with prime contractors regarding scheduling work
• Coordinating with suppliers for daily material pick up
• Training new employees
• Ensuring quality control
• Assisting with estimating projects
• Checking drivers daily paperwork and logs
• Verifying quantities with Resident Engineers
• Working with office staff closing out job files
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and coordinating with mechanics for repairs

Requirements:

• CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• Clean Driving Record
• Proficient with Computers
• Great Organizational Skills
• Communication skills
• Experience with Road Construction is a plus
• Experience with Asphalt Distributor Trucks is a real plus
