Job Summary

Biosynthetic Technologies is seeking a Marketing Specialist to continue to develop and socialize our brand. If you are a marketing guru, this is an opportunity to lead the continued elevation of our innovative approach to sustainability in the marketplace. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate with leadership and teammates to create and engage with brand strategy. The Marketing Specialist will be essential to brand awareness and development over time.

*This role is hybrid and works from our Northwest Indianapolis, IN office*

Key Responsibilities

• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Create & manage social media presence, including maintaining a schedule and writing social media pieces and posts
• Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Responsible for developing the marketing plan for BT and Innoleo including:
  • Website Design
• Updating and Maintaining the Website for Innoleo and Biosynthetic
• Social Media Platforms
• Print and industry article coordination
• Trade-show and booth management
• Email campaigns
• CRM management for Sales Team

• Developing Technical Data Sheets for all Commercial Products
• Creating and organizing a coordinated Marketing Campaign for Innoleo and BT
• Creating standardized brand materials for Innoleo and BT
• Leading conference planning and booth design at technical trade shows

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or STEM field
• 3-5 Years of Work Experience. Experience working with a Marketing or Events team preferred
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to display tenacity
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communications are necessary to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with teams and collaborate
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
