HG Accelerator Operations Intern

The Heritage Group Accelerator is looking for a motivated communication, event planning, and hospitality student, who is ready for hands-on experience. This candidate will be working directly with the THG Accelerator Team and the startup founders. This is a great development opportunity for someone interested in exploring a career path within Office Support, Hospitality, and Event Planning.

Timeline: Paid Fall Internship (20hrs/week): July 31st – November 15th (TBD).

Location: This position is based in Indianapolis and will require work at The Center 6320 Intech Blvd, Indianapolis, IN, 46278

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accelerator Team with the planning and execution of on-site training workshops, learning sessions, networking, and social events.
• Assist the startups with daily operational needs and seamless communication with the Accelerator Team.
• Act as a liaison between the startup founders and their business colleagues.

Relevant Skills:

• Project management and scheduling.
• Event planning, production, and management.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to troubleshoot challenges that arise.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Undergraduate College Student.
• Experience and knowledge in Hospitality and Events.

• Collaborative and conscientious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Effective communicator.
• Self-motivated and can work under little supervision.
• Work well in a team.
