Graphic Designer

The position of Graphic Designer will be instrumental in helping to create effective ways to engage internal and external audiences and maintain visual consistency as we tell our brand story. This hybrid position (two days a week in the Indianapolis office) reports to the Creative Design Director and sits on the Marketing & Communications team.

Qualifications/Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating priorities
• Demonstrated creativity and quality via a compelling portfolio
• Understands how to give and receive feedback
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Some familiarity with HTML, CSS desired

Education/Experience Requirements

• Associate degree or greater in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or like discipline
• 5 – 8 years experience working at an agency or on an in-house design team

Where We See This Role Going

As the design team evolves, the Graphic Designer's proven success as a creative problem solver, expertise in project execution and success at presentation can result in greater strategic responsibilities, transitioning to a Senior Graphic Designer title.

This is a hybrid role and is a combination of working remotely and in-office in Indianapolis, IN
