Flight Captain

The Flight captain is responsible for tracking and approving flight dept expenses. This includes:

• managing multiple company VISA card accounts, approving monthly VISA statements for 4 users, maintaining multiple online accounts for payment of miscellaneous flight department expenses, monthly reporting of aircraft usage for MSP and smart parts contracts.
• Generating yearly budget and long-range planning - making senior management aware of needs for major maintenance and new equipment, proposing purchase of new aircraft and negotiation of purchase agreements when such changes are implemented.
• Responsible for tracking and generating monthly flight log and billing reports for both company aircraft
• Oversees pilot training and proficiency. Ensuring all government, industry, and company safety and operational requirements are met.
