Field Support Manager

Job Summary:

Manage Specialty Products portfolio of material applications and installations in geographic territory as assigned. Collaborate with work team for on-site project delivery and coordinate with contractor and/or applicator regarding planning and scheduling to meet project phase(s) and sequence. Responsible for contractor/applicator training and development to ensure proper product applications to meet or exceed all quality standards. Be a presence for advising and documenting on projects. Adhere to all safety protocols associated with the position.

Identify relevant projects, maintain project plans, project tracking, produce project profiles, related documents and summary reports along with periodic project review inspections. Monitor territory field applications and performance.

Manage all aspects of project application field delivery for Specialty Products.

Understand state agency, municipal, local road authority, and Federal Aviation construction plans, specifications, and bidding documents, plans and proposals. Be familiar with project estimates for material requirements and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or Arts minimum.
• Minimum 5 years in asphalt field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate agency, contractor and applicator training and information delivery.
• Ability to record and file field reports as required. Excellent communication and coordination with company personnel.
• Ability to plan and execute travel schedules to support multiple and simultaneous project activities.
• Travel required at peak of highway paving construction season, including overnight.
