Facility Coordinator

Position: Facility Coordinator 

Integrated Facility Services, a division of Lauth Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time facility coordinator for an Indianapolis based facility.  In this role, you will lead the service delivery team in planning, coordinating and communicating all facility work including (i) planning and coordinating facility services, (ii) directing and evaluating outsourced service providers, (iii) managing a team of four in the execution of services (iv) monitoring, auditing and reporting of facility standards, (v) conducting routine inspections of the facility and (vi) ensuring client service levels are met. 

Qualifications:

Education/Work Experience

• 5-7 years facility, hospitality or facility property management related experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional designation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge

• High level of communication with facility staff, associates and other subcontractors required
• Strong understanding and knowledge of administrative processes
• Must have proven experience managing office buildings with 500+ occupants
• Management of critical infrastructure a plus
• Must be able to prepare a yearly budget and report on monthly financials
• Must be able to organize, plan and oversee facility projects
• Ability to work independent of supervision
• Ability to establish and manage customer and vendor relationships
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong written, verbal and presentational communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage time amidst multiple tasks
• Excellent organization and planning skills
