Duties/Responsibilities:
Drives business results through the development, management, and analysis of key equipment department metrics; structures actionable solutions based on data; partners with key stakeholders to achieve optimal financial utilization of assets.
Essential Functions:
- Implements equipment strategy
- Assists in development of pricing strategies for equipment fleet
- Develops objectives, goals and action plans to achieve optimal financial utilization of assets
- Assembles, interprets and presents data to provide actionable solutions
- Develops and maintains novel viewpoints related to financial plans and fleet
- Manages equipment analytics
- Develops reports to track key metrics
- Creates new analytic pipelines
- Builds, manages and supports end to end analytic pipelines
- Analyzes trends; identifies opportunities to improve results based on data
- Manages fleet compliance
- Maintains fleet compliance data
- Manages operational risk for overall fleet
- Performs special projects within the department
- Communicates with internal/external customers.
- Partners with finance, senior management to achieve results
- Partners with field, shop and operations personnel to improve data collection and address reporting needs
- Provides highest levels of quality and service
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting, or commensurate work or military experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a data analytics position
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Proficient in visualization software (Power BI preferred)
- Proficient leveraging cloud platforms and SQL development
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
