Human Resources Intern – Envita Solutions

Envita Solutions is looking for a motivated student who is ready for hands-on experience in Human Resources. You will engage with members of our People & Culture team, as well as other key stakeholders in the business. This internship will contribute to positive employee relations and a culture driven by the values of Envita Solutions.

Paid Summer Internship: May 13th – August 2nd

• Intern pay is non-negotiable and is calculated based on current academic class standing $17/hour (Freshman) - $20/hour (Senior), etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures Health & Safety is a core value by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and members of the Envita People & Culture team on projects that will support our business needs and priorities.
• Become an Envita brand ambassador, versed in our company purpose, vision, and values.
• Brainstorm and execute on employee engagement ideas using external research and best practices.
• Participate in supporting the Envita team with the ongoing HR transformation and preparation for implementation of Workday as a new HRIS platform.
• Collaborate with HR team on supporting Envita policy/handbook updates.
• Assist TA partner in recruiting and sourcing process, including applicant tracking.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• In 3rd or 4th year of college program
• Prior Human Resources or Business Administration exposure beneficial
• SharePoint knowledge beneficial
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least intermediate level experience required
