Early in Career Recruiting Strategy Manager

The Early Career Recruiting Strategy Manager will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive High School and alternative talent pipeline, managing and expanding University relationships, growing a high-quality new graduate pipeline and building a strategy for growing and enhancing our external brand. In addition, the EIC Recruiting Strategy Manager will identify and deploy tools and processes that optimize efficiencies and result in an enhanced candidate experience. This role will lead a small team of recruiters and relationship builders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle of Early Career job vacancies
  • Responsible for the development and coordination of all 'Early Career' activities, including Graduates, Apprenticeships, Internships and Work Placements.
  • Working with HRBP team, responsible for the rotation of Graduates and Apprentices during their 2-year program
  • Directly and indirectly lead a global team of full-cycle university recruiters
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and execute early careers recruiting strategies and the tools and systems needed to support strategies
  • Further develop relationships at universities within their career centers, student groups and relevant departments
  • Build employer external brand across campuses to ensure long-standing new graduate pipelines
  • Strengthen and build our recruiting process to ensure it is able to produce a diverse slate of candidates for hire
  • To act as the internal subject matter expert on Intern programming
  • Supporting the transition of employees from graduate/intern program to permanent employment
  • Deepen partnership with universities and establish partnerships with student resource groups

Qualifications

  • 2+ years recruiting experience, including focus on Early Careers hiring with direct report leadership experience being a plus
  • Experience designing and executing early careers recruiting strategies and programs that scale
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with leaders across all functions and operating companies
  • Proven ability to achieve results within a fast moving and sometimes changing environment
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with previously demonstrated successful strategies and outcomes
  • Strong people management and mentorship skills, with an emphasis on career development for recruiting staff
