Data Analyst- Sales

Seeking an experienced Data Analyst to maintaining data integrity within custom ERP system. This position is responsible for data reporting, correction and process improvement. The ideal candidate for this position is able to do complete life cycle data generation procedures and outline critical information for our leaders. Data Analysts works directly with leadership at various levels within the organization and with outside parties to research and identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow the development of the data or reporting solution needed. Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.

Responsibilities:

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Effectively manage routine data problems and inquiries • Execute data processes in accordance with process and data standards and procedure • Investigate and initiate appropriate corrective action when data quality deteriorates • Effectively communicate basic data value propositions • Educate coworkers and organizational management on the value of data and data related changes, including impact on the organizations and Company's financial performance • Ensure users are kept informed of changes in data standards and processes • Review, recommend solution and facilitate data deletion and archiving requests for data • Assist with resolution of data integration issues • Assist with the definition of business requirements and Data Business rules, and support the projects and initiatives for development and refinement of data processes and metrics • Recommend adjustments to data policies and procedures as necessary to improve key performance indicators • Monitor performance indicators/metrics for data & report to management
• Develop SOP documentation
• Provide support to other Data Analysts and Stewards of data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology or Computer Engineering preferred
• 2+ years' Data mining experience
• 3+ years in a data analyst role
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
