Duties/Responsibilities:

This role will support Milestone in ensuring the corporate credit card programs function effectively and completes the processing of expenses in a compliant and efficient manner. Provides excellent customer service and training to Milestone employees using the credit card program.

Essential Functions:

  • Uses the expense management tools (Wells Fargo, Viewpoint) to review compliance with company guidelines
    • Utilizes the WF tools to provide reports as needed
  • Completes the administration, issuance, and cancellation of corporate credit cards as needed
  • Becomes subject matter expert in relation to expense claims
    • Participates in the development of process and training materials ensuring they are in line with company policies and procedures
  • Communicates with customers
    • Answers inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
    • Manages the credit card correspondence
    • Develops effective relationships with employees, peers, and managers
    • Provides highest levels of quality and service
    • Provides timely support to employees on expense and credit card queries
    • Demonstrates high levels of integrity and credibility through effective communication

Desired Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in expense claim processing/credit card management preferred
  • Experience with MS Suite, including Excel preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross functional team
  • Customer Focus, attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to achieve results through influence and persuasion
  • Ability to handle change
