Job Summary:
Heritage Construction + Materials (HC+M) currently has an exciting Corporate Counsel opportunity on our team. We are seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience as in-house counsel in a corporate environment. The candidate should be able to draft and review contracts, negotiate terms and conditions, and provide legal advice on general corporate matters.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Negotiating terms and conditions
- Providing legal advice on general corporate matters
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Conducting legal research
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 7-8 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong knowledge of contract law
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
