n Support management teams in high impact problems using the LSS methodology to achieve the project objectives

n Acts independently and without appreciable direction to provide expert hands-on implementation of the LSS methodology to the design / engineering teams

n Supports and leads cross-functional teams to deliver business and customer requirements focused solutions

n Supports, develops, and nurtures the Heritage LSS program through coaching and communication of the LSS methodology

n Applies advanced decision making, assessment techniques and statistical methods to business issues and opportunities

n Supports the LSS community in the application of the methodology to major customer and business critical tasks

n Shares Lessons Learned and Best Practices within and beyond own business

n Identify and promote the application of the LSS methodology to key business opportunities
