At Heritage Construction + Materials, we're seeking a dynamic Associate Brand Manager to join our team. If you're ready to build meaningful relationships, shape our brand identity and share how we make a difference in the world, then this opportunity is for you.

Our ABM will help create and deliver compelling written and visual content for use across communications channels including social, digital, traditional sales and email marketing for internal and external audiences.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to shape and implement our brand strategy through comprehensive campaigns. Build a solid foundation for our brand and communicate our values effectively to our audience.

  • Seek out engaging stories that highlight our innovative processes, products and team. Develop written content that brings our vision and values to life and resonates with our community.

  • Collaborate with creative team members to create the most compelling visual assets. Bring our brands to life through captivating visuals including graphics, digital content and marketing materials.

  • Develop engaging and persuasive brand messaging that captures the unique essence of our materials and projects. Inspire, unite and make a lasting impact.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in brand communication and alignment with our brand guides across all touchpoints. Provide guidance to internal teams to maintain brand integrity, foster a collective understanding and promote a unified brand voice.

  • Stay informed about emerging industry trends and new technologies in branding and marketing. Continuously learn and innovate to maintain our competitive edge and enhance our brand's position and visibility.

  • Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment, embodying Heritage values in all aspects of your work. Build an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best.

Relevant Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Keen understanding of social media channels, websites and email marketing tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to discover, create, manage and own projects
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Naturally curious

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, communications or a business-related field or proven relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Proficient in Adobe suite of products, Canva, and other creative tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 Suite
