 The Center Concierge is the face of our organization; connecting employees, business partners and guests to resources enabling innovation, collaboration, and learning. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with employees, business partners and guests.,
  • Act as a connector between users and resources in The Center ensuring rooms are set-up appropriately, stocked with needed supplies and requested catering is.
  • Build a strong network with the Executive Support team to ensure strong collaboration and teamwork on high profile events.
  • Interact with The Center App and other appropriate technology to ensure rooms are booked accurately and any conflicts are resolved.
  • Support The Center Event Planner on any task needed to deliver flawless execution of hosted events
  • Engage with other The Center support team members {IT, Facilities, etc.) to ensure a consistent service experience from all

 

REQUIREMENTS AND RELEVANT SKILLS

  • Prior customer service, front desk, hospitality and/or administrative experience in a professional environment
  • High School Diploma or OED
  • High level of self-awareness and a passion for learning
  • Proficient computer skills to include experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to hold yourself accountable to high standards in quality of work, relationship building, and professionalism Integrity
  • Courage to take initiative in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Use excellent ve1bal and written communication
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving
  • Consistently manage projects and support new Initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Exude passion for supporting others and the team to be successful
